I spent too many years on the rollercoaster of meal planning!
I would make a plan that was healthy but my kids would hate it, then I would try some things that tasted AMAZING
but I had that nagging guilt
because it wasn't even CLOSE to healthy.
And if things got too busy, I wouldn't meal plan at all and then it was stressful just trying to figure out WHAT we were going to eat!
Now I'm a single, working, mom, and dinnertime is FUN. Everyone has something they like,
and I have a happy heart because my 3 and 5 year old are enjoying HEALTHY food. And me? I love that I can eat the same food as my kids
and stay healthy with jeans that fit!
